Pinocchio 3.x Documentation #2249

Bug description

The documentation/README still shows information for 2.7.1, but with the release of 3.x, I'm trying to find relevant documentation for the new features. Will the documentation be updated to the newest version?

Expected behavior

The documentation should be for version 3.0.

Reproduction steps

  1. Go to the documentation and observe that it is for 2.7.1 instead of 3.0.0
