doc: Fix orphaned documentation pages for Features #2407

This PR fixes the Features page. There are two sides to the update:

Look at the menu to the left as well:

This is one step towards fixing https://github.com/stack-of-tasks/pinocchio/issues/2408 but it does not address the whole issue yet.
