Removed metapod dependency #42

This pull request removed a legacy dependency (i.e. metapod) to the sot-torque-control. In fact, the force-torque-estimator file was removed, and unnecessary inclusion of metapod-depend header files. Additionally, it updates the documentation of the repo.

I tested twisted the compilation of the repo!
