How It Will Work
When content creators access the starter creation journey on the portal, as soon as they add a plugin, a flag will be available in the plugin list where they can select which plugins are optional.
By typing the stk create app command and following the flow of applying a starter's plugins, optional plugins will then be made available, thus leaving it up to the content consumer to choose the plugins that are necessary for their application.
