DownloadArtifactsByBuildId() missing from ITeamCityClient #26

Pull request #23 added DownloadArtifactsByBuildId to TeamCityClient but it was missed from the interface. I've fixed this and also tidied up a few other minor bits, see the commit log for more information.

Thanks for the pull request - I have just merged this work. It is in the sae branch as another pull request I am waiting on some documentation for. It will appear in the main line soon. I have made 1 modification to the PR - adding you to the contributors list. Thanks again.
