Move test DAG definitions to this repo #180

Tests and examples currently download DAG defintions from the GH website as seen here.

Move DAG definitions to this repository for better reproducibility and to minimize test flakiness.

It may be better to use a separate stackable repo to make it is easier to test during development and to avoid the need to have to switch back the branch reference before merging PRs.
