Update K8s versions used in the CI jobs INFO

[x] K3s (upload to Nexus) (skipped, we should discuss the further usage)

[x] IONOS K8s
[x] Azure AKS
[x] GKE (1.29 in rapid channel => test!)
[x] inform the team-developer in Slack (optional)
