TODO: Needs to be refined and probably converted into an epic

We'd like to have Grafana Dashboards preconfigured for our customers
We'd like them to be templatable so they can be imported no matter what the tools and namespaces are that a customer uses
There should be documentation on how to roll it out
It sohuld only be available for our customers
