As devs we want to have a long-running Stackable cluster deployed with some vaguely realistic deployment settings to test our product - complementing our automated test runs in Jenkins.

We have the opportunity to use ARM hardware that Lars will host.

This needs to be done:

[ ] Develop platform architecture and design
[ ] Define the testing process
[ ] Develop and establish the test cluster
[ ] ( Optional ) Integrate Testcluster to Jenkins
