Findings

Things that were discovered along the way and should probably adressed for future certifications:

• Operator preflight checks are not published to the RH portal automatically They never were and apparently don't need to be.
• preflight checks do not run against images in quay.io (see: https://github.com/stackabletech/issues/issues/562)
