Test certification pipeline on OKD #575

Certification pipeline does not work on OKD and fails due to the SQLLite database not being writable (although the correct permissions have been set, both on the file and the parent folder).

Deployed the pipeline from tag https://github.com/redhat-openshift-ecosystem/operator-pipelines/releases/tag/v1.0.120 (in case the fact that the pipeline runs on ARO is due to different pipeline versions) but get the same error.
