Use built in JMX exporter #597

Description

HBase 2.6 comes with built in JMX and Prometheus metric exporters.

### Tasks
- [x] Update HBase 2.6 image not bundle third party jmx exporter for 2.6
- [x] Update the operator to configure JMX for 2.6 using the built in reporter
