Include nifi-hive3-nar in NiFi Docker images #603

This NAR bundle contains the processor named PutHive3Streaming, which is useful for loading data into existing Hadoop/Hive clusters. Including it into the Stackable Docker image for NiFi would make it easier for users to integrate with and migrate away from legacy clusters.
