Table outputs sometimes too wide

With long descriptions for stack/demos/releases, the tables become difficult to read.

Possible solutions:

less columns: have a short and wide output, and sometimes omit some columns
line wrapping: wrap lines. this can be done with comfy_table. Disadvantage: We have to use an ASCII grid and sometimes columns shouldn't be wrapped.

I've tested comfy_table and it works, but I'm not sure if I want it. kubectl had a ticket about this and they went with the short/wide approach.
