Hive - Trino Migration (Starburst) #180

I've created a new stack in stackablectl named dual-hive-hdfs-s3 that deploys Hive+HDFS and Hive+S3 along with Trino. It creates schemas for both Hive stacks and also an Apache Iceberg schema for Hive+S3. This will be used for the Hive migration blog posts and can be reused for any subsequent migration demos.
