Adapt to Move to Harbor #470

When our Helm Chart and Docker Image repositories move to Harbor, T2 has to adapt:

As the Docker images are not referenced directly, we have to search for occurrences of repo.stackable.tech and deal with them.

As it is planned to have a period of time where Harbor and Nexus coexist, it would be a good idea to use the ci-test cluster to test the usage of Harbor during that period.

T2 is discontinued. If the move to Harbor will be performed, stackablectl will be changed and so will the tests.
