Describe the bug

Having used the tool for changes in the code and waiting for previews seem to be the main obstacle, sometimes, it states it has run dev, and I can wait for a loooong time, and I am only seeing a blank screen in my preview, tried refreshing the preview window, no luck. Sometimes, it populates after a long wait. Many times (most) it won't populate. We were making headway on a project, but the rtouble seeing the preview at all in concerning, even after run dev from your end, sometimes, the preview window does not show the fork icon or numbers next to it, meaning it has not managed to run dev, in my opinion, this is what I assume.

Steps to reproduce

Easy enoug, try to get a preview of our design that we had for our mindmap that was working, with menu, sub menu and draggable nodes.... This WAS working, so this is what I have tried to have Bolt show again after it wanted to show a basic setup to prove that it could show a preview, with just text. It did that, but having progress back to where we were is not working. I can ask, "did you run dev", and that seems to trigger a more correct way of dragging bolt out of the swamp it was stuck in, and sometimes move us forward. But not always.

Expected behavior

When I have come to the Run Dev stage, I expect to see my preview, or get a note of the error. I do not expect to wait for long periods of time to move forward in the setting

+1 Agree that the preview is problematic and breaks for long periods between iterations. I'm typically launching in StackBlitz to use its previewer but its really slowed me down. The other thing is that sometimes the site breaks and won't load, and it's hard to tell whether or not it's just the preview having an issue or the entire project.
