Describe the bug

The preview looses multiple functionality and misses stages as functionality is added.

This is a great concept, but too buggy for paid iterations....

Instead of single quotes, use double quotes i.e "Lentil shepherd's pie" or escaping apostrophes with a backslash (\') to avoid breaking the syntax.
