Support Golang and Python #3119

I understand the tech stack prefers to nodejs, but golang is equally and more capable backend than nodejs. please add support to the below

  1. golang 2.python with pip support [or only django also works good] 3.package installer [allow other providers to provide packages for bolt] like fraola, grapejs, beego etc 4.support graphql, webhooks, grpc microservices etc
