This is a great problem to me (the pdf is only 3 pages and like 300kb .... so rather small.

If I have a pro account, does this solve this limitation? How to solve this? (urgently needed)

Hey @Newstelligent! We limit the size of files that can be uploaded, your file is likely too long. Maybe if you reduce his size it will work?

@Nemikolh sorry but this doesn't address my original message at all. Obviously you limit the size of an upload, that's why this problem exists. BUT your limit is too limiting ... like I said 3 pages PDF with a file size of 300kb is already tiny. I wanted to know of there is any solution, like e.g. technical or a different account tier etc.
