Deploy Bug: An unknown error occured #499

Describe the bug

Unable to deploy my application image

Steps to reproduce

  1. build application
  2. attempt to deploy

Expected behavior

  1. build application
  2. deploy successfully

📣 Update: we've found that many deployment failures are due to issues with the underlying codebase. We will be shipping an update this week that adds in more error handling to check for issues during the deploy process and tries to resolve them as you can see in the video below:

Also, linking this to #1022 and #1037 as we are actively investigating all three and there may be some overlap in the core issues at play.

I wasted 5M tokens on a simple build, the app works and looks great but cant Deploy, this is very frustrating!

Run the build commands in your terminal as usual. When an error appears, copy the error message directly into a prompt for the AI. Let the AI analyze the error and provide a suggested fix.

npm run build in the terminal and let the AI then fix the errors! It won't deploy until all errors are gone.

After each error fixed. Build it with the terminal again and check if there are still errors!

And you copied the text from terminal and put it in the bolt.new field?

Yes i díd build it with npm run build and then let the AI fix the errors. And @jackyroben send a screenshot from the errors you get then (from the terminal)
