Support "Vim Mode" #2843

An editor settings would be nice, and have an option to set vim-mode. I know most code playgrounds such as jsbin, codepen, etc. have this option. Thanks!

Describe alternatives you've considered

Codeflow works for some people, but this feature request is specifically about stackblitz free without github repo. Currently this feature is not supported in stackblitz vanilla. If you are not intending to support it in the feature, please close this request by saying so. Thank you!

any updates? may be there is any way to use vscode vim extension in regular stackblitz (not codeflow from repo) ?
