Nothing will load but the UI

I am currently out somewhere so I can using my phones data via hotspot (ethernet wont work either) to try and use stackblitz as my device wont let me install stuff but I get stuck on using "Booting Web Container" and terminal wont boot up and "Cloning x/y on main" And I tried waiting for ages but it wont work

I am not sure if it will work for you guys but here's the steps to reproduce

1. Connected to Hotspot (or Ethernet via cord)
2. Went onto stackblitz
3. Picked clone repository BETA (just making a template does the same thing and wont load)
4. When repo opens it wont load

And I cannot test locally as I cannot download anything on my device
