fix(astro): correct error message when chapter not found #361

Started to work on preparations for https://github.com/stackblitz/tutorialkit/issues/304 by creating test cases for current implementation of getTutorial. Noticed small bug while testing error messages. I'll be adding plenty of more test cases there later, but let's first fix this small bug.
