fix: remove 'recursive' from fs.watch #65

Removing 'recursive' from fs.watch, because it's not currently supported in the current version of node that webcontainer uses. The current wording is confusing, especially as the feature is just not supported.

We can restore this in future: https://github.com/nodejs/node/pull/45098
