Should we notify everyone on the map that someone is capturing? #111

I'd rather not. Let's give new guys a chance. Also, whoever wants a notification, should creatively use autopilot, radar and antennas. Scout drones, sentry drones, etc.

What would you announce? Name, Faction, Rank in Capture List, Nth Capture, GPS Coordinates Example: "POINT CAPTURED! - Stephen, Space Monkeys, Rank _#3, Capture #_5, 100:200:100" I only see the GPS coordinates being announced as dangerous for players
