SE v1.105 Catastrophic Merge Block Results #135

When using the merge block, something appears to be happening with grid restriction enforcement. The result is the automatic nearly complete destruction of both grids being merged. It's as if the enforcement timer is being skipped entirely.

If you were merging two ships, this is a known bug in SE: https://github.com/stackcollision/GardenConquest/issues/88

If you were merging a ship to a station, this is likely a new bug related to https://github.com/stackcollision/GardenConquest/issues/132
