Conquest Round Ended appears multiple times

As we observed last night, this notification appears multiple times in game. While we're discussing it, should/does this notification:

show only for factions in the CP who are capturing? - I would say yes
show the location of the CP it's coming from? - I would say yes
show once for each CP? - If we're showing the location, probably yes for now, but eventually could aggregate their info into one.

Looks like this is shown once if you're in the radius and twice if you receive.
