Abandon Pursuit doesn't work #695

Describe the bug After holding the ABANDON PURSUIT button the counter that shows the players that have selected it does not increase and pursuit will not be abandoned even if all players on the winning team attempt to activate it.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Have multiple people on a winning team
  2. Attempt to abandon pursuit

Expected behavior "should go"
