On turn execution `Coroutine couldn't be started because the the game object 'Overall Progress' is inactive!` #701

Describe the bug On turn execution the log is filled with a loop of Coroutine couldn't be started because the the game object 'Overall Progress' is inactive!... errors. It looks to be due to a ground combat which would have been occurring at Jewel's Rest Gas Platform 2
