Game 34 - No tracks of any kind when rejoining a game #713

Describe the bug Joining the game results in there being no tracks of any kind.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Leave CQ game
  2. Rejoin CQ game
  3. See that there are no tracks

Expected behavior The tracks that exist to be shown properly.

Additional context Happened after leaving to try and fix #712 Happened after restarting game in response to the first time

Happened to multiple players, and can take any number of relogs to fix
