Stacker News onion service regularly unavailable #400

When opening https://stacker.news in Tor Browser, it redirects to http://snsnsnya6h3ot563f3p566wuhfoklkg5f62hokdlaqzcaub3gf4xlxyd.onion/, which is not working currently.

Is this still happening for you? I just tried it and it seemed to work successfully for me.

It does appear to be back up (yay!) but it goes down enough that we should probably find a fix

Ideally we should run Tor as a microservice with copilot rather than colocating Tor with the web server.
