update centos image #140

The old image appears to have been removed: https://cloud.centos.org/centos/8-stream/x86_64/images/CentOS-Stream-GenericCloud-8-20210210.0.x86_64.qcow2 Updated with a new image from 2023: https://cloud.centos.org/centos/8-stream/x86_64/images/CentOS-Stream-GenericCloud-8-20230501.0.x86_64.qcow2

I thought over the weekend, should I make this change on wallaby or xena then pull it through or do we only use Yoga?

Generally for aufn we merge to master first, then cherry-pick backwards.

Generally for aufn we merge to master first, then cherry-pick backwards.

Although in this case yoga is the last branch with CS8 support, so this is fine.
