A slurm build on the deploy host which is NFS-exported to /slurm in the cluster.
Various configuration changes required to make the cluster work, including the pingpong and pingmatrix hpctests. Note hpl-solo has not been included due to complexities around the dependency on openblas.
The changes to ansible/ could/should be merged to main, but the changes to the .stackhpc environment probably want removing (or moving to another environment, but that's not nice).
NB: This won't pass CI, as the slurm build is not included in CI, and the NFS export is configured specifically for the deploy host on Arcus.
https://github.com/stackhpc/ansible-role-openhpc/pull/162 adds support to the
openhpc
role to not actually use OpenHPC pacakges. This PR demonstrates integrating that into an appliance, using:/slurm
in the cluster.pingpong
andpingmatrix
hpctests. Notehpl-solo
has not been included due to complexities around the dependency on openblas. For details of the slurm build see environments/.stackhpc/slurm/README.md
