This is no longer needed as the release of OpenHPC 2.6.2 (and later) made the appropriate rpms available in the repos.
Note the hook to run this role during image build (in .stackhpc environment) was removed by https://github.com/stackhpc/ansible-slurm-appliance/pull/324,
