@JohnGarbutt Could you provide some feedback on the flavor sizing? I've copied the cumulus approach with fractions of the VM. @brtknr is in favor of using powers of 2. We could have one whole machine instance and then use powers of two up to 65536, thoughts?
Edit: Do you want 2.0x over-commit of the CPU like cumulus?
