  1. Submit a single combined contributor report only
  2. Make sure all sensitive data is removed
  3. List bits that are not hashed, make sure everything else is hashed
  4. Consider splitting large files into chunks

1 - 3 are done. Splitting large files is a big job. It will have to be a separate issue when we actually run into a repo large enough.
