Display project metadata #15

Currently projects on dev pages are linked directly to their github pages.

We need to get a quick overview of what those projects are about and zero in on those of interest.

Display that info somewhere somehow once stackmuncher/stm#13 is done.

The projects are sorted by date - latest first, projects with < 100 LoC are ignored, only 3 top techs are shown.

The idea about naming projects with random animal names and adjectives was a flop. Switched to date-based numbers.

E.g. Private project #0821bb, Private project #3420s where the name is built from #[weeknumber][year 2 digits][day as a letter]

It's not ideal, but is an improvement. There may be a better solution.
