Update "Getting Started" documentation #29

The documentation at https://code.google.com/p/guiceberry/wiki/GettingStarted 
is still incomplete, references a non-existing page, and was last updated in 
2011. 

As a "Hello World" tutorial, it's definitely lacking, especially for someone 
unfamiliar with Guice. Request for documentation to be completed and brought up 
to date.
