Add STF logic to replay world game state from provided ticks in replayGame action payload.

Before replaying the game, we need to patch or remove certain things:

[x] Remove any playable sounds from game logic
[x] Replace Keypresses/touch with virtual inputs
[x] Use a single standard screen width/height to make game logic calculation deterministic
[x] Make random() function deterministic
