Run wasm programs in Jolt

I've pushed merkle, tsp and eth_verify. Updated Makefile too.

• All 3 are working fine on plain invoke (without Jolt) so the code should be correct.
• Used smaller than original input values for merkle and tsp because of OOM issue on my system. You can check this in the respective cycles.txt.
• Couldn't produce cycles.txt for eth_verify on my system cz of OOM issue again.

Can either of you try running these 3 on your system and see if it doesn't OOM? Might have to tweak the memory_size / max_input_size jolt configurations.
