Quickly reviewed the videos. This is an interesting case. I believe most people are confused by what value the app provides, which is understandable since it is pretty hard to understand hosting for Blockstack if you are ignorant about Blockstack. All the testers I saw navigated away from Xor to hunt down more info on Blockstack, then got lost in other apps, docs, our website, etc. Then gave up.

I'm not sure what a practical fix is. Feels like a challenge baked into the premise of app.

This app's onboarding challenge is getting users to understand Blockstack so they even care about hosting a site. Or, provide some other way to provide value first in a more accessible way. For example: New users to Tumblr are shown Tumblr sites vs. forcing them to start by making their own tumblr. Or maybe making the "getting started" experience even more consumer oriented.
