Add a two day buffer period between audit and payouts #187

What is the problem you are seeing? Please describe. The audit period is a week long, but changes end up coming through the day of the payouts, and makes an unnecessary time crunch for the App Mining team. I propose updating the timeline so that there is a buffer between the audit period and payouts of two business days.

A complement to this is to have an earlier deadline for initial issue reports and only accept new issues afterwards in regards to errors appearing as a result of fixing initial issues.
