I think it's easier to just add columns on the existing sheet vs linking a separate one. Especially since in a month or two all that will be needed is a login vs. all the sheets

@GinaAbrams this data sheet is not part of the documentation to moved this back into mining guide.

@GinaAbrams I don't mention this data sheet in the documentation. Mitchel is suggestion changing this sheet -- makes more sense than putting this in the docs --- which is why I moved it back to this repo from the docs repo.
