Update all blockstack colors from blockstack brand v2 Issue https://github.com/blockstack/designs/issues/65

[x] Grayscale colors for use across bootstrap
[x] Brand colors for use across bootstrap
[x] Deprecate old blockstack colors
[ ] Apply new highlight color to bootstrap (see https://github.com/blockstack/designs/issues/72)
[ ] Apply button colors to bootstrap
