Add support for purchasing namespaces outside of `.id` #1197

We now have 3 namespaces in the blockstack universe!

It's time we talked about adding support for buying names in other namespaces to the browser.

There are also a couple of other places where we hardcode in the .id. The /v1/search endpoint comes to mind. We need to make our products work cross-namespace! Excited for this feature!

How will this work? Will you hit up the bsreg:// URL in the zone file of the parent domain?
