Move social proofs to own page #1876

This entails moving all social proofs UI from the IDs page to its own dedicated page, perhaps underneath the "Settings" section, per consensus in a forum post.

I think being able to claim statements like "I am friedger on github" is an essential part of self-sovereign identities. Therefore, it should be next to the ID and Wallet, not in Settings.
