Change cors-anywhere #2038

By default, it appears cors-anywhere is using port 1337. This is not ideal as 1337 is a popular port number in software development projects and thus causes conflicts with other applications.

closing this because it's 2 years old, this project is defunct, and i want to clean up my issues tab
