Add lightning support to blockstack browser bitcoin wallet #594

It would be great to add lightning support to our in browser wallet. We're already installing software on end users' computers, and including the components needed for lightning shouldn't that much more work.

I know this has been added to the core wallet. Have we implemented this on the Browser wallet as well?

You might be confusing this with segwit. We don't have lightning support in core.
