Fixed hrefs on different links, which fixes an issue that crawlers had
Added social meta tags to app/category/platform pages, for better social sharing of app page links
Fixed links to homepage on mobile

Setup of address detail page. Skeleton is mostly ready, need to get more familiar with hard requirements before continuing
